WEDDING CAKE by Josi Kilpack. This final installment of the Sadie culinary mystery series was incredible! The author wrote a note at the beginning of the book begging the reader to have read the previous 11 books in the series because characters from the past reappear. I have to admit, I hesitated to read it because I've only gotten through 8, but I committed to this post and there wasn't time to read the rest of them. Even with that handicap, the story was amazing. It couldn't have ended better. Everything was tied up beautifully. There were several parts that had me gripping my seat. This was an amazing ending to an incredible series that everyone should read.
